They’re Creepy and They’re Kooky – The Addam’s Family

Happy Halloween!

I LOVE Halloween…I talk about it here and here because I just can’t seem to get enough of the fun, fantasy and thrill that IS Halloween.

Now, you may say that a dentist loving Halloween is a bit of an oxymoron…I get that a holiday dedicated to the mass consumption of candy should be appalling to a dentist.  But, eerie as it may be, I love sinking my teeth into Halloween. Because, here’s the thing…a bit of candy indulgence here and there is not going to make your dental health go spiraling downward.  All things in moderation and an excellent teeth (fang) brushing after a candy binge is a great Halloween plan.

So…do your best Lurch or Morticia or Gomez  impersonation and go trick-or-treating.  Be safe and have fun!

And remember, as always…we LOVE making you smile!

Yay! Support from a Dentist for Halloween :o I love Halloween too! It has me eyeing the candy bars at the grocery store check-out with special interest. We don't have any Trick-or-Treaters at our door here in the country, but I can still feel the excitement of this evening!

Lori Haha...While, as a rule, I don't keep candy around the house, there are certain holidays and/or events that justify a good chocolate binge. Because, like you, we don't get any Trick or Treaters at our door, we have stopped justifying the bags of candy that we "had" to get "just in case" ;-) So we just get ourselves a few candy treats and savor the moment ;-) And, there IS something exciting about Halloween...I agree!!

Thanks for stopping by today Lori!! Happy Halloween~

ParkRidgeDDS "Just in case" LOL My hubby's been asking where his treats are! I should have bought some chips just in case! He used to raid the kids bags when they came home with their treats!
